- How to register a Mixt lunch subscription? See Instructions - Click here
- How can teachers order lunch? Teachers may order the 2 day weekly subscription online. No registration is needed, if you have a child then you will need to do registration for them.
- Where is the Food prepared? Mixt creates nutritious meals, made fresh daily in Ama, Louisiana commercial kitchen - inspection permitted by Louisiana department of health, then packed in private kitchen and served at event kitchen.
- Is Mixt Nola licensed? Yes, licensed and insured business.
- Can I order lunch without a monthly Subscription plan? No, we now only offer 2 day weekly subscriptions because we have limited spaces for orders.
- Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, simply email us before your next billing date. Note: Canceling a membership means your child will no longer get discounted hot lunch meals.

Can I Skip a order subscription? Yes, you may be going on vacation or out sick. Please notify us before the next billing cycle, (Monday).
*See contact form below, subject = Skip Subscription and add the name lunch order was made under and which orders (student name) needs to be skipped or temporarily paused.
- Can I share my subscription with a sibling or student? No, each student must have their own lunch subscription meal plan.
- How often is my account billed? After signing up for 2 day lunch subscription (Mixt Lunch Membership) means you have enrolled your child for a wonderful instant discount on healthy and nutritious meals. This is a weekly subscription meal plan - it automatically renews and charges every week on Monday.
- Payment issue: A email will be sent to update payment method and process order. Orders that are not updated with correct payment will not be fulfilled and then cancelled or paused.
- Does Mixt deliver? We only deliver or prepare on location to approved custom orders at this time. ISGNO deliveries are on Thursday & Friday.
- Does Mixt cater to events or pinics? We are currently all booked and will announce when availability is open. Inquiry emails are welcomed - need more information or questions, contact us via email at mixtnola@gmail.com
